We drive to Croatia most yrs and spend 4 to 6 weeks visiting family.
My wife was born in Istria, the video shows one of our fav truffle konoba's( note the truffle woods are a national park and anyone can hunt for free, the world record for a white truffle is from that wood)Bourdain is amazed by the food he ate but really he only scratched the surface.
