My husband would appreciate those ... he calls them grobblars in our house for some strange reason.
I confess I couldn't cope with all the butter in his last programme. And as we're not sticky bun people, I probably won't be trying any.
Except we both thought the swedish buns looked incredible.

On the twist, Anna Olson made an almost identical one recently. What surprised me was that neither baker pushed in any filling bits on the surface before baking, as you would for currants/sultanas poking out at the top of a scone mix to prevent them burning.
On butter, I mistakenly thought that by "enriched dough" it would be that with eggs/milk added. I'm not even sure James Martin would approve of that amount of butter
As the series has finished now, we'll have to follow dennispc's lead (other thread) and keep an eye open for his books...
