Nice to see a new face on the cookery scene. In the Great British Menu he always seemed to come across as modest & self-effacing - I'm really looking forward to this.

There was a programme where chefs tutored a student a while ago. Forgotten what it was called but I thought he was brilliant as a mentor. I really "took" to him.

I really enjoyed this programme. He cooked the sort of food I want to eat. He also explained things very well.

A friend of mine ate there too and was very disappointed in the choice available. Mind you she is a Jewish foodie and I think there was an awful lot of pig on the menu. :clap
