Oh dear, Alison! Pies and Puds are no use for me, but thanks all the same!

Loved the hot smoked salmon and potato layered Hollywood pie, plus the look into the working of the Dorchester kitchen.

liked his presentation too.

I am enjoying this very much. Just the right blend of recipes and information on artisan producers. The things he is making are also pretty straightforward too, so great for the inexperienced pie/pudding maker. I am now debating whether to ask Santa to put this book in my stocking, having had a quick flip through a copy recently!!! Although as I have a bit of a crush on Mr Hollywood.......... 8-)
