Rose Elderflower Cordial!!

I have just made a batch of Elderflower Cordial, and used some of the pink elderflower heads from my Sambucca Nigra - the elderflower that has the dark purple leaves. I only used about 5 heads of the pink, but it has given the cordial a gorgeous rose tint!! So far it all tastes absolutely as it should - rather fun I thought!

Sounds lovely HH. Why not post the recipe on the beverage forum ...... I would love it.
