What about Green vegetables ?

Hi all....

Green vegetables has own their significance when we talk about good diet . This diet may contain vegetables like broccoli, okra, celery, cucumber, cauliflower , green beans and other green vegetable which are great source of rich nutrients which our body needs to look healthy . Do you agree ?

Hi Johnson,

not only are they good for you, but they add colour to dishes that would otherwise look boring without them. Cabbage is probably my favourite as it can be used in so many dishes and in so many different ways.

If a diet has only green vegetables, I'd think it insufficient as different coloured veg have different nutritional properties, so the best plan is to eat a variety of all colours of fruit and veg :)

I eat many green vegetables, but also add carrots or sweet potatoes.
