The American NHS study (Nurses Health Study) suggests for women too - that's the source of the idea about reducing blood pressure

Glad you confirmed that Sue. When M heard the report this morning he insisted on laying in extra stocks at the supermarket!

I like a square of dark chocolate with an expresso but I am not a chocoholic like the rest of the family.

I have one (or sometimes 2) square of very dark choc (Lidl Fairglobe) if I still feel nibblish after dinner - I don't want any more nibbles after that for some reason

And my blood pressure has come down (though I think that's because I am walking more)
