I've been an on/off poster on the beeb message board for years but have been away so only just this morning read it was being closed and was totally gutted! Thankfully saw the link so many thanks Sakkarin for this I hope we can stay in touch and share hints and ideas here lust like the beeb board in good times, old and new. I'm going to go back and read all the thread now as I'm hoping a lot of members will come here, I'd hate to lose contact with everyone - is Joan coming here does anyone know??

Hi c-h-p the pm will be in your e-mail (msn whichever you use) inbox. I was looking for one from a friend yesterday on here and it was there when i cheked my e-mail. You will be able to reply from there.

It is me - on here and equally upset by the demise of the beeb board. I too have been away - but am back in not so sunny Provence now and blessing Sakkarin and Gill for taking on this venture.

I've got that far, but I'm obviously being really thick as I can't see a reply button, or the such like.

Sorry c-h-p i realised after posting you had got that far... :lol:

Not you being thick its me.. Click on relpy and then go to compose message. It should come up with post a reply as it does when posting here. It will say submit and do just that.. Does that make sense?

Definitely. I have the same problem when OH has a problem with the PC and I'm often standing next to him and he still can't see where I'm at. :lol:

Not a problem at all just glad to see everyone here. I can't access from work tho but can on my phone so still good. Wedding plans going well Joan but i need to pull my finger out. Have finalized menu choices will do them on a new thread. Looks like you enjoyed usa better than anticipated?
