in it there is a multi-page article (masterclass actually) from gordon ramsay on doing a mille-feuille.....i recall the only other time that i saw gordon near the bbc (tho there could have been others) was for the way we cook series when i believe that he offered comments about delia..)

really took me by surprise...since he was doing stuff with channel 4, maybe it is not that big a deal.

was a decent write up as well with lots of pictures and info

btw, a tip of his was to keep from overbeating double cream, add 2 tbsp of milk to it before you beat it

who would have thought it.....
