Sunday lunch a la tom kerridge
This was in the mums day Sunday telegraph magazine. Doesn't sound bad at all.

Saw him do that on TV, it looked good,band nice to hear him reminisce wbout his mum's food

The sausage roast does look good, Mark. I think that the mix would be a good filling for a stuffed marrow too.

that sausage roast reminds me of a stuffing recipe that was in an issue of Good Food magazine one Christmas. I can't remember the year, and it was meant to go with the roast turkey. I think it also had bramley apple in it and was wrapped in bacon. It looked so good that you could easily skip the turkey and just have the stuffing instead.
