I haven't clicked on that link yet (later) but I did watch "Yes Chef!" iPlayer catch-ups which were good if you're a sucker for inspiration from watching what "normal" people make. Its leisurely daytime TV pace means no concentration needed if you're multi-tasking (so doesn't drive you mad if used to faster paced programmes).

I saw that "Yes chef" for the first time a couple of days ago, I switched off after 5 minutes. It was like Masterchef done on a shoestring budget and filmed in someone's kitchen.
