Chicken wings
Because tues/wed were forecast as the only dry days this week, I had to get the lawns mowed etc leaving no time for bbq prep.
I mixed yogurt and tandoori powder and marinaded the wings for a few hours.I then gave them 1 hr indirect lid closed(1st pic) then charred them up over direct heat.
Chicken wings are fantastic when done properly.
Tip, if you use the indirect method make sure you place the wings thick skin side down on your grill tray as this stops the skin splitting and the wings getting dry.
