Thanks for all your help!
Hi everyone - some of you may remember me asking for advice on wines to go with a cold buffet summer lunch I was doing this month. The menu was roast fillet of beef with horseradish cream, new potatoes and a couple of salads.
I wanted to report that we ended up choosing a delicious Brouilly (suggested by Amazing, I think!), top choice! I found a very delicious one made by Louis Latour, and managed to buy it (40 bottles!!) at a reasonable bulk rate!
We went for a Chateau Antignac as the white, which I bought from Berry Bros and Rudd - absolutely delicious!!!
Thank you all so much for your kind help - it really was great!! The whole thing was a great success thanks to you!
