I went to Prague for my 40th funnily enough and loved it
This means that any recommendations I might have are well out of date (except that you could spend the whole three days on Castle Hill)
Even if you aren't beer fans you need to go to one of the brew pubs they have just for the atmosphere
We were told before we went that Prague would not be veg friendly (my companion was veggie) but he didn't have ot much trouble - it's not a huge issue in a country were the two best qualit foods in the house are always going to be the bread and the cheese, and they don't mind you picking say two starters and two sides and ignoring the mains, and ther was a good veggie restuarant that I think is no more
